The year really has flown by, and once again that wonderful time when most of us get to take a break and relax with friends and family has drawn near.
Whether it’s a long or short break, I find the process of seeing out one year and welcoming another a great time for reflection. I enjoy taking stock of the events of the year that was, and getting set for the one ahead, away from the busyness of the office.
I’m pleased to say that PaySmart has enjoyed a successful year in 2015.
- As many of you would know, PaySmart has a pretty simple philosophy…the more we can help our clients grow, the more PaySmart as a business will grow—and the more we grow, our ability to invest in product development, processes and technologies to help our clients, grows too. We encourage a truly collaborative relationship with our clients and I’m pleased to say that many of them have also experienced success this year.
- This year we significantly enhanced PaySmart’s IT capabilities. We’ve upgraded our entire IT infrastructure and we’ve invested heavily in IT expertise, with a number of specialists hired to take this business into the future. Again, we do this so we can bring our clients better products, processes and technologies to help them grow.
- We also launched a new brand identity that has reinforced our standing as an industry leader, reinvigorated our marketing presence, and reflects our longer-term vision.
Our network of Business Development Managers across the country, continued to be a major part of our success, helping businesses, no matter how large or small, to work smarter with PaySmart. They were supported by our dedicated team of Client Account Managers, our Australian-based Customer Service Centre team and all the other staff who make PaySmart tick. Our staff have put in an outstanding effort this year, and for that, I extend my sincere gratitude.
When you put everything into your work, it helps when you do something you love. Working with the people we are very proud to say are our clients, makes this easy. People like Christine from Bangor Learning Centre is what it’s all about…
